30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for a Return

For an item to be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all original tags still attached.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order number).

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as gift cards, personalized items, or perishable goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Please include the following information in your email:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The item(s) you wish to return.
  3. The reason for the return.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Tarawania will cover the cost of return shipping and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

If you haven’t received a refund yet after this period, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
